When your client has a house full of things to sell
Realtors, estate attorneys, senior move managers and estate sale professionals send us clients who are downsizing, moving, or settling an estate. We buy quality household items directly, and when a project is a better fit for someone else, we say so and point your client to them.
Your client sends a few photos, Luke looks them over himself, and if it’s a fit he comes out for a free walkthrough. Every offer is in writing, with a set date it stands until. Your client accepts it, asks for a different amount, or says no thanks, with no pressure either way. We pay at pickup and leave the house as we found it.
How to send someone our way
- Give them our number, (262) 765-6238, or send them to our request form.
- Ask Luke for your own link to the site. Requests that come in through it are marked as yours, so he knows who to thank.
- We never sell your client’s details. If we pass a project to another professional, we tell your client, including whether that person pays us a referral fee.
