About us

A local buyer for downsizing, moving, and estates

Charleston Downsizing Specialists helps homeowners in Summerville and the surrounding Charleston area sell household items when they’re downsizing, moving, settling an estate, or clearing out space.

We buy a wide variety of items directly, and we work with a network of local buyers and estate sale professionals. Depending on what you have and your goals, we can explore a direct purchase, an estate sale, or a larger household buyout.

No project is too big or too small when it involves quality items with resale potential. Our goal is to make the process easier: fewer individual listings, fewer appointments, and a clear next step.
