Getting started
Do you buy everything?
We buy selectively, based on condition, demand, and resale potential. Photos help us tell you quickly whether your items are a good fit.
Do I need a whole house full of items?
No. You can send a few quality items, a collection, or an entire household. Every request is reviewed.
What if I don’t know what my items are worth?
That’s okay. Let us know you’re not sure, and send clear photos and any details you have.
How soon will I hear back?
Usually in a day or two after you send your photos.
Do I need an account or a password?
No. Just send your request with a few photos. We’ll email you a link to see where things stand and message Luke. You can add a password later if you like, but you never have to.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Summerville and nearby communities, including Nexton, Ladson, and Goose Creek. If you’re elsewhere in the Charleston area, send us your location and details about your items so we can confirm.
The visit
Is the walkthrough free?
Yes. The walkthrough is free, and there’s no obligation to sell anything.
How do we set up a time?
If your items look like a good fit, we’ll email you a link to pick a time that works for you, or call you to set one up.
I live out of town. Can I arrange this for my parent?
Yes. You can be our contact, and we’ll coordinate with whoever will be at the home.
Selling and pickup
Do I have to accept your offer?
No. You decide whether the offer works for you.
Do you pick up the items you buy?
Yes. We arrange pickup of what we buy, including larger pieces, at a time that works for you.
How are you different from junk removal?
We buy usable, sellable household items, so we pay you for what we purchase. We don’t provide trash hauling or take every item just to clear a property.
Do you provide cleanout or disposal?
Our focus is buying items and connecting you with selling options. A purchase doesn’t include a full cleanout or disposal of items we don’t buy; any separate arrangements are discussed in advance.

Can you help with an estate sale?
For suitable projects, we can connect you with a local estate sale professional who can explain the process, fees, and availability.
What if I want to sell everything at once?
For qualifying homes or larger collections, we may be able to coordinate a household buyout through our network of buyers. What’s included and the price are agreed on in advance.
Are there projects you don’t take on?
We don’t take on hoarding cleanouts, heavily unsanitary properties, or homes mostly filled with trash, damaged goods, or items that can’t be resold.
