Four simple steps
Selling your things shouldn’t take over your weekends. Here’s what happens from the first photo to pickup.
Show us what you have
Send photos, a short description, and where the items are. For bigger projects, a photo of each room helps. If you have a price in mind, tell us; if you’re not sure what things are worth, that’s okay too.
We review your options
We look over your photos ourselves and get back to you in a day or two. We buy selectively, so we’ll tell you honestly whether your items are a good fit.
A free walkthrough
If it looks like a good fit, we set up a time to come see everything in person. You can pick a time that works for you, or we’ll call you to set one up. The walkthrough is free, and there’s no obligation to sell anything.
Agree on next steps
We follow up with what we can offer, usually within a few days of the visit. Pricing, payment, and pickup are settled before you commit, and you decide whether the offer works for you.
At the walkthrough
We look through the items with you, ask a few questions, and take notes. It’s relaxed and unhurried. If someone else will be at the home, that’s fine; just let us know who to expect.
After you say yes
We arrange pickup of what we buy, including larger pieces, at a time that works for you. Payment is made at pickup, and you get a receipt listing everything we bought.
Other ways we can help
Depending on what you have and your goals, we may connect you with a local estate sale professional, or coordinate a household buyout through our network of buyers.
Arranging this for a parent?
You can be our contact, even from out of town, and we’ll coordinate with whoever will be at the home.
